No longer in the market

Update! No longer looking for a house. We decided to take a break. Taking this as a sign that moving is NOT meant to be right now. It was getting to the point where we were having to make decisions too quickly in order to not lose out on a potential house. Then after the offers were being made, we weren't feeling good about buying those houses. I really really want to stay in the neighborhood. I feel safe and at home here. I love the school and feel really comfortable with the teachers and the kids' friends. We will be staying at this house, at least for now and until baby Evan comes. We will start up the house hunting in the spring!
